PC-Conflow® EH serves as an admixture specifically designed for grouting ducts within post-tensioned or pre-stressed concrete structures using cementitious grout. This product guarantees lasting contact and a superior bond with the grouted
surfaces. Its expanding properties mitigate the settling of fines before the initial set, thereby decreasing grout shrinkage and ensuring optimal workability for a successful grouting process. Moreover, within three days post-grouting, it achieves high frost resistance, meeting the required standards for grouting pre-stressed structures.

USES
When grouting ducts in post-tension and pre-stressed concrete structures, this material can be blended with various standard cement types. It is suitable for pressure grouting in structural repair and rehabilitation projects, as well as in the production of non-shrink grouts.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Prior to incorporating PC-Conflow® EH, it is imperative to thoroughly blend the grout powder component with water for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Subsequently, PC-Conflow® EH should be introduced to the mixture in a proportion ranging from 0.5 to 1% relative to the weight of the cement. The entire mixing process, aimed at achieving complete dispersion, should persist for a minimum of 4 minutes. The exceptional dispersibility of PC-Conflow® EH enables a reduction in the water-to-cement ratio, facilitating the creation of a more compact mix. Conducting a preliminary test is essential to ascertain the optimal dosage. Notably, grouting activities can be seamlessly executed even in confined spaces without elevating the water content of the mixture. The expanding and swelling effect starts slowly but immediately after mixing the grout. PC-Conflow® EH contains suitable thixotropic substances, which prevent segregation and provide a high bond to the contact surface without voids in the grouted mass. The setting and hardening process of the PC-Conflow® EH admixed grout is slightly retarded in order to carry on the grout operation effectively on larger surfaces or to regrout where necessary.
