PC-Prime® 01 is a high-quality environment-friendly bituminous anionic emulsion. It is free of solvent and exhibits excellent adhesion properties. It is applied onto various substrates (concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, foam concrete fiber, and cement board) to improve the bonding of bituminous products.

USES

- Applying a single protective coat across various structural components.
- Addressing waterproofing projects that prioritize fire safety.
- Serving as a foundational layer for membrane adhesives and bituminous repair compounds.
APPLICATION
The surface should be dry, clean, and free of loose materials, dirt, soil, grease, oil, or other impurities. Apply PC-Prime® 01 by means of a brush, roller, or spray gun @ of 5-6 m² /lit into the entire coverage area of the substrate and allow to dry. The drying time and coverage depend on the porosity of the substrate and the environmental conditions (approx. 1.0 — 4.0 hrs). PC-Prime® 01 is recommended to apply at temperatures above 5°C.
